As a small independent business that handcrafts each item, we can't afford to have hundreds of pounds tied up in stock sitting on shelves. Instead, we make each item to order. Not only does this help us keep costs down, but it also minimises potential waste. As a result, please expect your item to ship 3-5 days after placing your order.

Occasionally, we may be busier than usual. During these times, your patience is greatly appreciated, and we'll do our utmost to keep you updated on the status of your order.

UK orders under £150 will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, while orders over £150 will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our goods, all sales are final. In the event that there's an issue with your item, please email slowhandsupply@gmail.com to organise a free repair. If a repair isn't possible, we'll offer an exchange or refund after inspecting the item.
